Return & Refund Policy

At Diyoza, all our kits are carefully packed before dispatch. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any reason other than transit damage.

Damaged Items

We're sorry if your order arrived damaged. If your product has been damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost to you — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide an unboxing video as proof — the video must begin before the package is opened (seal uncut) and show the damage clearly
  • The item must be in its original packaging

Damage claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted. We strongly recommend recording your unboxing for every order.

How to Raise a Damage Claim

Do not ship anything back without contacting us first. Reach out to us via WhatsApp or Instagram to report the issue and receive the return address and further instructions. You can also email us at diyoza.in@gmail.com.

We will bear the return shipping cost for all approved damage claims.

Replacements

Once your damage claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking update once shipped.

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds as a standard policy. Replacements are our primary resolution. However, if the item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items without an unboxing video proof
  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items that have been assembled or partially assembled
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a bundle offer
