Where We Ship
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a notification on your given mail id once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
We typically deliver within 3–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote, rural, or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than this estimate.
Delivery timelines are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, high-demand periods, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Orders below ₹499 — an additional COD handling fee of ₹40 applies
- Orders of ₹499 and above — COD is free, no additional charge
All charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use this to follow your order in real time through our courier partner's website.
If you haven't received a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us.
Delayed Shipments
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf. We are not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't reached you, please contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a dispute with the courier.
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on raising a damage claim. An unboxing video is required as proof.
