Welcome to Diyoza! When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Diyoza. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Section 1 – Who Can Use Our Store
By using our store, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or region. You are responsible for ensuring that any minor using your device to access our store has your permission to do so. All information you provide — including your name, address, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date.
Section 2 – Our Products
We do our best to represent our products accurately. However, colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical product. Each Diyoza kit is made from laser-cut wood, and natural grain variation may occur — this is part of what makes each kit unique.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, discontinue items, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.
Section 3 – Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only after payment is processed and you receive a confirmation. Please review your order carefully before placing it — we may not be able to cancel it once accepted.
Returns and replacements are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Section 4 – Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are added at checkout and are not included in listed product prices.
You confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Section 5 – Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed over to the courier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All content on our store — including the Diyoza name, logo, product designs, images, and text — is owned by Diyoza and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Section 7 – Third-Party Links & Tools
Our store may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of such links or tools is at your own risk.
Section 8 – Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with Diyoza. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us, including products, delivery, or damage.
Section 9 – Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our store, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described there.
Section 10 – Reviews & Feedback
We love hearing from you! By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant Diyoza a non-exclusive right to use, share, and publish that content for any purpose, including marketing. You confirm that your feedback is honest and your own.

You may not use our store to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
